Operational Simulation & Analysis
Pointserve can quickly model the customer’s current business processes during the early stages of the engagement cycle, providing a highly accurate assessment of the cost savings and service improvements resulting from a Pointserve solution implementation. We can also explore the effects of changes in business process and operating parameters - so you can investigate the impact on your business of changes like new customer accounts or strategic acquisitions. We use our OSA tools to drive these opportunity assessments - exposing the power of our goal driven economic optimization in the earliest stage of the customer engagement.

Change Management
Change management is a critical component to the successful deployment and the realization of value from Pointserve’s solutions. Due to the process-intensive, people-driven, and change-hesitant nature of service operations, the effective management of the change process and properly phased adoption of new technology are a primary focus throughout our implementation methodologies.

The Planning stage is typically driven by the results of the OSA. It results in the development of an ROI-based business case that combines a phased integration and deployment plan, together with recommendations for business process changes focused around achieving the customer’s vision and business objectives.
