Multi-Day Planning applications enable business managers to optimally distribute work across any number of future days in a way that maximizes the net economic value to their business. These applications are particularly useful for complex recurring visit planning. Multi-Day planning enables the user to create and validate an optimized future work plan for each service resource.

The user is able to configure the underlying Economic Model to optimally distribute work across multiple resources for multiple days. Primary scoring parameters include territory boundaries, technician availability, customer availability, visit interval requirements, job durations, drive times, production value, customer time windows and continuity-of-care requirements. The application automatically sorts the jobs and sequentially inserts them into the plan until all jobs are assigned.

Complex Service Visit plans

The applications can automatically handle any number of different service visit plans, considering visit frequencies and honoring any time interval requirements that need to be met.

Multi-Day Plans can be reviewed and compared via map and data table views. Plans can be further validated by running Daily Resource Scheduling.
