The Executive Dashboard consolidates and presents real-time management level information on all key areas of the client’s distributed service operations, providing a new level of visibility and control. Using the Executive Dashboard, Managers can view operational data including expected operating costs, projected demand forecasts, technician workload distribution, and maps to illustrate the geographical distribution of technicians.
Operational controls
The Executive Dashboard provides managers with the ability to adjust key optimization model parameters in response to real-world issues that may arise in the field. These controls enable managers to rapidly respond to dynamic changes in local conditions (such as bad weather, increasing gas prices, and sick technicians) or revised operational goals (such as reducing mileage costs, overtime, and late arrival penalties).
