Austin, TX - August 3, 2004 - The ServiceMaster Company (NYSE: SVM), a leader in providing outsourcing services for more than 10.5 million residential and commercial customers’ homes and businesses announced the selection of Pointserve Inc. as its strategic supplier of service optimization software today. A phased-deployment is planned in the more than three hundred and twenty branches, and will include more than five thousand service professionals that comprise Terminix’ North American operations.
